Following the government directive on common shared infrastructure, ADSB under an agreement with all the mobile operators in Malaysia to build, own and lease telecommunication towers to the operators. This agreement encompassses the initial roll out of towers across Peninsular Malaysia. ADSB is rolling out the towers on an expedited basis and will be rolling out more than an initial 50 towers in due course. These towers are built to accommodate all telcos and for a certain period of time.

ADSB also intends to build, own and lease to the operators infrastructure for the improvement of coverage in-buildings. ADSB will be identifying Government buildings and buildings owned by the private sector.
