Summary
ASIASPACE SDN BHD is a
company incorporated in 1996. In 1998, the company was granted a 20
years license under the repealed Telecommunication Act 1950, to provide
satellite network services in Malaysia. The company has registered its
license under the new Communications And Multimedia Act 1998 (CMA) and
on 8th May 2001, the Malaysian Communication And Multimedia Commission
(MCMC) granted the company a Network Facilities Provider License (NFP)
and a Network Service Provider License (NSP).

The registered office of the
company is at Suite 9-01, 9th Floor, Wisma Hamzah-Kwong Hing, No 1,
Leboh Ampang, 50100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Our operating office ia located at Unit 2-1-2 & 2-1-3, Bangunan
AHP, Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad 3, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia.
Our Objectives
- To Establish a Workable
Solution from a Technical and Commercial Perspective for Infrastructure
Development, Management and Services.
- To Build a Transparent
Organization Focused on Infrastructure Facilities Integration and
Consolidation, Leveraging against Technology Partnerships and
Acquisition Combined with Management Takeover of Existing Unlicensed
Infrastructure Companies.
- To Provide and Make
Available Infrastructure Ready for Co-location within Focus Areas of
National Concern, namely the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) Area
Including Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and KLIA, by the First Quarter of 2003
Our Goal
- To Setup, Own and Lease
Telecommunication Infrastructure and Facilities Nationwide for Common
sharing.
- To Promote Infrastructure
sharing in order to Reduce Capital Costs, Infrastructure Duplication,
Impact on the Environment and Help Create Service and Branding
Efficiency.
- To build, own and operate
Next Generation Networks, providing access services to the existing
operators, ISPs and to close corporate user groups.
- To Help Resolve the Growing
Concern over Inadequate Service Coverage in Accordance with the
National Agenda and ICT Masterplan.
- To Ensure that All New
Infrastructure Complies with both the Regulatory and Local Authority
Guidelines and Approval Process.
